Return & Refund Policy — More and More

At More and More, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Personal care products
- Opened food items
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first to arrange the exchange process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
